Canadian Lifecare Institute was born in 2020 by Dr Alireza (Ali) Mohammadi with the goal of providing accessible, high-quality education and consultation services necessary to achieve and maintain optimal health and longevity. Healthy living is more than just dietary choices and exercise. It includes a holistic framework where primary elements, such as stress management, effective restorative sleep, and appropriate socialization within communities, can thrive and work together harmoniously.
We offer effective and novel strategies through educational and professional consultation services to ensure all elements of health and longevity are appropriately met and maintained. The Canadian Lifecare Institute is an active participating member of meaningful organizations and associations, such as the Canadian Association on Gerontology (CAG/ACG).

Our Story Starts in early 2020
Leading this effort is Dr.Alireza ( Ali) Mohammadi who is a Medical Doctor(MD) and a Registered Massage Therapist.After practicing as a physician for around 15 years he believes that preventive measures including stress management , having a good quality of sleep,healthy diet, physical exercises and enough socializing are main effective elements of having a longer and healthier life.
So he decided to found a center like canadian lifecare institute to present the positive strategies in expanding the above preventive measurements in people’s lifestyle.
Dr.Alireza( Ali) Mohammadi
Dr. Mohammadi is a physician of 15 years, most recently having his credentials verified by the Medical Council of Canada( M.C.C.).
After engaging in various health care settings, Dr. Mohammadi believes that preventive measures including stress management , having a good quality of sleep, a healthy diet, physical exercise, and ample amount of socializing are key drivers of having a longer and healthier life. Dr. Mohammadi founded the Canadian Lifecare Institute to educate and advocate preventative measures to fulfill a healthier lifestyle.
Dr. Mohammadi graduated as the valedictorian of the massage therapy program in 2015 and since then has been practicing as a registered massage therapist in Toronto, Canada.
Following his primary goal of promoting a healthier and longer life among communities, he decided to create an online education platform offering in-demand courses including Chair Massage, Geriatric (Elderly) Massage, and Palliative/Hospice Care Massage. The goal of these programmes is to equip new and existing caregivers, psw, and other practitioners with a more focused approach.
