Dr. Ali worked as a medical doctor in his home country for 15 years. His medical documents have been verified by the Medical Council of Canada (MCC).

In 2015, he graduated as valedictorian of the Massage Therapy program at Medix College in Canada. He has passed all board exams of the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario (C.M.T.O.) and has been certified as a Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T.) since 2016.

He has provided chair massage for the staff of many retirement homes and offices and has received great feedback from them. Ali believes that providing comfortable and relaxing massages for employees and workers in their workplace is an effective strategy in enhancing their efficiency and productivity in their job.

Due to the growing awareness among companies and organizations about the effectiveness of chair massage, Ali has decided to transfer his knowledge and experience to interested individuals who want to practice relaxing chair massage for managers, employees, workers, and other professionals in various fields.

Moreover, for the past five years, Ali has performed many massage sessions for older adults in their private homes and various senior facilities. He is confident in transferring his valuable experience and knowledge to interested individuals. Ali believes that relaxing massage should be included in routine programs for older adults as part of their lifestyle. Therefore, he has created this program to train more interested individuals in performing a professional relaxing massage for older adults.

Stress Management

It has been demonstrated beyond a reasonable doubt that practicing stress management techniques regularly leads to improvements in one’s health. In the methods that are used to manage stress, drugs are never used. The most important benefit of stress management programs is that they provide participants a feeling of control and empowerment, which in turn increases their sense of self-worth, reduces their likelihood of developing depression, and generally enhances their quality of life.

Having a sense of humor, being able to take on challenges, and being open to accepting change are all essential components in the process of overcoming stress. By practicing relaxation techniques such as massage , yoga, meditation, and deep breathing, you may be able to more effectively control your mood and state of mind.

Enough Restorative Sleep

When you get enough sleep, your mental health, physical health, and cognitive performance all improve. The risk of acquiring a wide array of diseases and conditions is increased when one does not get enough regular and high-quality sleep. These conditions include Alzheimer’s disease and obesity, in addition to coronary heart disease and stroke. There is more to getting a good night’s sleep than simply spending the required amount of time in bed.
