After professionally engaging within various healthcare settings over his extensive medical career, Dr Ali Mohammadi holds the firm belief that preventive health measures such as effective stress management, high quality of sleep, a healthy diet, appropriate physical exercise, and ample amounts of socialization are critical drivers in having a longer, healthier, and overall higher quality of life.

He founded the Canadian Lifecare Institute to educate and advocate for these often neglected preventative measures for the purpose of helping others reach their optimal health. He graduated as Valedictorian of the Massage Therapy Program in 2015. Since then, he has been practicing as a registered massage therapist in Toronto, Canada, focusing on older adults and palliative/hospice care clients. Following his primary goal of promoting the importance of health and longevity within communities, he created an online education platform offering in-demand courses such as Chair Massage, Geriatric (Older Adult) Massage, and Palliative/Hospice Care Massage programs. These programs aim to equip new and existing caregivers, PSW, and other practitioners with a more focused and practical approach.
